Let me just tell you what the areas are like. South Huntsville, Madison, the newer subdivisions, the older streets near town, the lake towns toward Guntersville. They’re genuinely different in commute, price, land, and feel.
Huntsville runs on relocation
A steady stream of people move here for work, so there’s inventory to choose from and a lot of people arrive on a start date they didn’t pick.
