If you’re renting
Huntsville gets a steady stream of people arriving for work, often on a start date they didn’t pick. If that’s you, tell me the date first and we’ll work backward from it.
Tell me your budget, your commute, and what you need, and I’ll tell you what that gets you in which areas. Renting first is a reasonable way to learn a new place before committing to a neighborhood.

If you’re a landlord
I handle the listing, the marketing, the showings, and the coordination, and I bring you applicants.
You pick the tenant, not me. The selection decision is yours. I’ll pass along complete applications and keep the process moving, and I’ll tell you if I think your asking rent is off in either direction, but choosing between applicants is the owner’s call.
