Selling in Connecticut
The right price pulls a crowd. The wrong one sits.
Before we put a sign in the yard, I walk the house with you and we’re honest about it: what’s worth fixing, what buyers won’t care about, and what it’s actually worth this month in your specific town — not what it was worth last year, and not what a neighbor’s Zillow estimate says.
Once we list, the marketing, the showings, the offer negotiation, all of it runs through me. You’ll hear from me with updates, not just when there’s a problem.
Want a number before you commit to any of that? Start with a Home Value Review — I’ll walk the property and tell you honestly what I’d expect it to sell for.
How it actually goes, start to finish
- Price it right. We look at recent comparable sales and set a price that attracts buyers and protects your bottom line.
- Prep and photograph. We get the home looking its best and bring in professional photos before it hits the market.
- List and market. Your home goes live on the MLS and everywhere buyers are looking. Showings begin.
- Review offers. We go through every offer together and negotiate the strongest price and terms.
- Under contract and binder. You accept an offer and collect the buyer’s binder deposit.
- Attorneys and contract. The attorneys handle the purchase and sale agreement, and the buyer’s full deposit comes in.
- Inspection, appraisal, and financing. The buyer inspects, their lender appraises, and they finalize their loan. I manage the requests.
- Close and get paid. You sign, hand over the keys, and your proceeds are wired.
Your seller checklist

- Choose a real estate attorney
- Gather your payoff info and property records
- Plan to be out during showings
